Kayla received her BA in Anthropology and a MA in Zoology. She is a mother of two toddlers. Kayla is an experienced preschool teacher and special education aide for the Long Beach Unified School District. Although she always had a curiosity and love for learning, she struggled with getting good grades in middle and high school because of ADHD. In college she learned many valuable study techniques that allowed her to become a successful student. She wishes that she had learned these at a younger age, and she is passionate about helping children in a similar situation. She has training in teaching children with autism and personal experience helping her son who has speech delays. She looks forward to helping your child reach their educational goals!
