After hearing about LAUSD’s plans to cut the breakfast in the classroom, I did a little research on the benefits of breakfast in regards to school performance.
Breakfast is not only the most important meal of the day, for children it can have a dramatic influence on their school performance, behavior, concentration, and test scores.
